What's the difference between the Team edition plan and the other options?
Accent's Team edition offering is a cloud-based video meetings, team communication, and messaging service which works on any device and does not require Accent's cloud phone system to utilize its team communication features. The Team edition does not provide cloud phone system and inbound/outbound calling.
The additional available license options Pro, Pro+, and Premium offer a complete business phone system in the cloud providing in/out calling and business telephony features. All the fetaures of the Team edition licesne are included with Accent's cloud phone system options for every user.
Can I upgrade to a full cloud phone system?
Yes! You can upgrade from Team edition to our cloud phone system options at any time. Simply contact our sales team and speak to a representative to get upgraded.
Are the Team edition features included with the Cloud Phone System option?
Yes! All the features provided within the Team edition are included with the cloud phone system user options. You can get started using Accent's apps as a standalone video meetings and team communication service and upgrade to the cloud phone system option at any time.
Where do Accent's apps work?
Our apps works on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices via the respective native app. Any device which has access to a compatible web browser can run Accent's web apps which provides all the features of the native apps as well.
What kind of internet connection do I need?
We recommend a broadband high-speed internet connection. These options include but aren't limited to cable coax, fiber, ethernet over copper, dedicated fixed wireless, MPLS.
What kind of payment options do you offer?
We offer month-to-month and annual payment options for all services, some payment options vary based on the term of the service. For customers interested in custom pricing and service terms please contact our sales team directly to review our available options.
Does Accent provide Video Meetings?
Yes! Video meetings and web conferences are included for every user. Users can host full online meetings including voice, video, scfeen sharing and more with internal and external participants.
What is "Team Voice & Video Calling"?
Team Voice & Video Calling provides users the ability to communicate with teammates who are also using Accent's apps via private and secure communication. Accent provides teams with a full team communication suite including video meetings, internal voice calling, chat, collaboration, file sharing, and more. This communication takes place via Accent's provided cloud service within the app.
Does the Team edition provide calling to external numbers?
The Team edition is a standalone team communication and video meetings service which does not provide inbound or outbound calling to external numbers.

Can I keep my current phone system?
If you are using Accent's service for standalone team communication then you can absolutely keep your current phone system. If you would like to port your numbers to Accent and use our cloud phone system you can also easily upgrade your account at any time.
